Engraving durability & care

The custom design is laser engraved into the plate rather than surface-printed. It is designed to remain permanent with normal wear, although scratches and repeated abrasion can reduce the engraving's contrast. Remove the bracelet before showering, swimming, exercise, or applying perfume and cleaners; wipe it with a dry, soft cloth and store it separately.

All items, including personalized pieces, are eligible for return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
