Service providers and advertising
We use service providers for secure payments, order storage, personalized artwork generation, email delivery, and store operations. Advertising platforms may receive limited event and browser information to measure visits and purchases. We do not sell uploaded customer artwork.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal or accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. We use access controls and private storage for customer order information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
